Place your insoles in their original packaging and ensure they are securely packed in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
